worldstainless is the stainless steel opt-in programme of the World Steel Association (worldsteel), it leads industry-wide efforts in market development, sustainability, health, safety, education and data. By working collectively through worldstainless, members gain access to knowledge, influence and opportunities that help shape the future of stainless steel worldwide.
worldstainless was founded as the International Stainless Steel Forum in 1996 and has its headquarters is Brussels, Belgium.
Its primary role is to coordinate stainless steel industry activities that are most effective when undertaken collectively, including:
